ADVANCED AND SPECIALIZED TRAINING IN CHINA

This is carefully designed and structured to meet the specific needs of our students and other TCM practitioners while maximizing the learning experience in TCM and Chinese culture. Students will study in TCM hospitals where they can observe advanced TCM modalities and the integrated approach of TCM with western medicine for the treatment of a wide range of disease. Students will also learn the treatment of specific conditions and special techniques from experts.

CASE STUDY

This course provides students an opportunity to discuss difficult cases in their practice. Advice will be provided by the instructor and fellow classmates in order to learn from each other and to improve the knowledge and clinical skills.

RESEARCH DEVELOPMENT

This course exposes students to current research in TCM and acupuncture. Research papers will be presented and discussed in the class. Topics will be selected according to the interest of the students which may include clinical trials and theoretical explorations.

SEMINARS FOR SPECIAL TOPICS

Invited experts will present on special topics related to professional development. The topics may include TCM theory and diagnostics, acupuncture, treatment of specific diseases, research, business managements, marketing and so on.

TCM CHINESE LANGUAGE

This course is designed for individuals who are interested in learning the Chinese language for high level of understanding the medicine and the culture. It will teach students oral and written Chinese language related to TCM terminology and practice, and how to translate and understand TCM classics.
