TSTCM Focusing on Competence Training
June 25, 2011
Qualifications required for qualified health professionals focuses on the entry level occupational competencies. Applicant must possess and demonstrate their knowledge, skills, judgment and ethics prior to become qualified to practice. Although competencies may be acquired through various methods, formal education is generally the most effective and recognized path. According to the proposed regulation, individuals must successfully complete the required formal education in order to be qualified to practice in Ontario once regulation is in effect.
Programs offered at the Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TSTCM) focus on the training of theoretical and practical competencies. Many of our graduates have passed the competence examinations and established successful practices. TSTCM is committed to excellence in education, services and research. We try our best to inform and to help our students to become qualified to practice and to become successful professionals.
