Pulse & Tongue Diagnosis, Acupuncture & Tuina Massage are the most wanted on Wellness Days
July 15, 2009
TSTCM has been invited to the Wellness Days by the Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts on July 15th, and CHATS (Community Home Assistance to Seniors) on June 11th. Students experienced overwhelmed interest in both companies for acupuncture, tuina massage, tongue and pulse diagnosis and TCM consultation. There were four private rooms designated to TSTCM for treatments and diagnosis with a 20 minutes appointment per employee. All the slots were booked with 30 minutes in all the four rooms and over 30 employees received mini TCM diagnosis and/or tuina massage at the booth in the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts between 11:30am to 2:30pm. There were over 50 people received both acupuncture and tuina massage between 2:00pm to7:30pm at CHATS. “TSTCM has been to many health shows and events before including Employee Wellness Days, but we have never experienced such overwhelmed interest for TCM in the past.” said Mary Wu, the President “and it is great to see that so many people start to believe in TCM and so more companies are considering TCM for their employee wellness. I believe that TCM will be accepted for extended health benefit by more and more companies in the future and this will create jobs for TCM practitioners”.
